George’s easily one of the most collaborative and effective product designers I’ve worked with. His impact went far beyond product. George brought positive energy to everything he touched—leading company-wide alignment sessions, facilitating feedback meetings, and helping shape a warm, cohesive culture. He balanced that positivity with a strong sense of purpose. Though incredibly skilled at navigating conflict, he also stood firmly behind his ideas, always backing them with clear reasoning and strong design logic.

I had the pleasure of partnering with George to fully scope out and design a new reporting feature at my B2B SaaS startup Terial, and he was a fantastic partner throughout the process. George is thoughtful, highly communicative, and consistently pushed us to think bigger about what great design could look like in our product. He brought strong ideas, a clear design perspective and an ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive UX.
